All orders are shipped via UPS ground service ( no P.O. Boxes please- street address is required). Most orders received by 12 noon EST will ship same day (unless otherwise instructed) however, additional time should be allowed during peak holiday seasons. Next day and 2nd day service is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for price quote.

Please be sure that shipping addresses are correct and complete (including suite, department and/or apartment numbers). There is an additional charge for UPS address corrections.

You can submit multiple orders by email. Occasionally substitutions may be necessary due to high demand for certain items. Quality and value will never be compromised. We assure you substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

Shipping charges for custom orders and multi-packaged items will be adjusted according to weight. Certain tins and Smaller items can be multi-packaged, Baskets cannot be multi-packaged.

8.5% Sales tax will be added to New York deliveries only.
